Science now shows that Frequency therapy, as this therapy is often called, helps the body responds to certain frequencies in a way that allows a natural health professional to:

  • Clear lymph congestion
  • Reduce fibrocystic conditions
  • Promote collagen fiber production
  • Reduces fine lines, minimizes wrinkles
  • Reduces the appearance of cellulite
  • Promote overall wellness.

At first read it may appear that our services might be invasive or painful, but they are not. In fact, we do not even have to touch your skin. We use a wand that emits a frequency level that helps your body’s lymph system get moving. The wand is moved back and forth just over thin cotton clothing and communicates to the therapist areas where your lymph system is congested. The therapist then focuses on the areas where you might be more congested- sometimes near the armpits under the breast, neck, back of legs, butt and ankles/feet.

The equipment we use is the Lymph Star Pro. It has adjustable strengths that are individualized for each client based on his or her body and specific health needs.

The number of treatments required will vary depending on the severity of the condition. In more severe cases, it is recommended to have treatments 2-3 times a week for several weeks, reducing down to once a month as toxin decongestion is achieved.

Treatment times will also vary; an average session will normally take 30-60 minutes.

How do I know I have a lymph problem?

There are many physical signs of congestion in the Lymphatic System that can benefit significantly by improving Lymph circulation.

Some of these include:

  • Water Retention, particularly in ankles or fingers, indicating fluid congestion
  • General muscle aches and pains or a stiff neck, often as a result of sprains or whiplash
  • Cellulite and weight problems
  • Breast lumpiness
  • Post surgery tissue congestion, scar formation or stretch marks
  • Skin problems such as acne
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Breathing problems, such as asthma or sinusitis
  • Stress, headaches and migraines
  • Immune system problems
  • Glaucoma
  • Breathing problems, such as asthma or sinusitis
  • Stress, headaches and migraines
  • Immune system problems
  • Sjogren’s Syndrome

One of the great things about Lymph Therapy is that this form will achieve as much in one session as in 8-10 manual massage sessions. It’s extremely effective.
